Pharos Production is a custom software development company building FinTech, blockchain and AI platforms since 2013 out of Las Vegas and Kyiv in Ukraine.

On the blockchain side we have deployed 484 smart contracts to mainnet across Ethereum, Polygon, BSC and Arbitrum since 2018, with security audits offered as a standalone service. PumpTap, a multi-chain wallet we built, handles 50,000+ daily transactions across 20+ EVM chains. Ludo scores wallet reputation across 15+ blockchains at 10,000 events per second with sub-200ms responses and has scored over 2 million addresses.

In regulated FinTech we build against MiCA, PSD2, AML and FATF Travel Rule requirements and implement ERC-3643 and ERC-1400 for tokenized instruments. Pleenk, a European payments platform, runs 5,000+ transactions per second at PCI DSS Level 1 with KYC decisions cut from 45 seconds to 4.2 seconds. Kimlic raised identity onboarding completion from 62 to 89 percent. NextCheck reads 40+ document types at 99.8% OCR accuracy and cut verification from 48 hours to under 15 minutes.

We work across 28 industries. Dostyq, a retail loyalty platform, scaled from 80,000 to 2.4 million daily transactions. For a European specialty insurance broker we built underwriting reaching 67% straight-through processing at 99.96% availability. Healthcare work is HIPAA-aligned.

Every engagement starts with a paid discovery sprint of $5,000 to $15,000 that ends in a fixed-scope proposal or an honest no-build verdict. We decline roughly 30% of incoming RFPs when the fit is wrong. Clients own their source code, infrastructure credentials and roadmap artifacts from day one, and there are no account managers between clients and engineers.
