1 Maja

Chabin, a successful distributor of lawnmowers and spare parts in the horticultural market, sought to expand its sales through online marketplaces and its web store. However, their existing tailor-made web store was challenging to maintain and lacked integration with crucial systems.

Teaming up with Happy Team, the project aimed to create a cost-effective and user-friendly online shop while integrating various systems for streamlined data flow. Additionally, the focus was on improving the order management processes.

The successful collaboration resulted in a fully customised online shop, an intuitive dealers map, and a user-friendly web application for automated order packing and labelling. Integrating various systems enhanced efficiency, leading to an optimised customer experience and increased sales opportunities for Chabin in the competitive horticulture machinery market.

Worklife, a well-established employment agency in Poland, is known for its expertise in employee outsourcing, HR process audits, and legal consulting. As the company's client base, projects, and workforce grew, they needed an efficient solution for tracking and reporting employees’ work hours and time off.

To meet this challenge, Happy Team took full ownership of the project, conducting a comprehensive assessment of Worklife's specific requirements. We then designed user-friendly UX and UI interfaces, developed and deployed a mobile-friendly bilingual application, and created the administration panel. Additionally, we seamlessly imported employees' data from the existing database.

Thanks to this software implementation, Worklife now enjoys data accuracy, increased productivity, and a compliant work environment for all stakeholders.

Evyon delivers top-quality battery energy storage systems based on repurposed EV batteries. The systems can be customised for various applications, including commercial buildings, EV charging stations, construction sites, and backup power.

At the heart of these systems lies the tailor-made Battery Cloud software. Built from the ground up, it provides clients with over-the-air updates and collects data to drive continuous improvements and future developments.

Happy Team joined forces with Evyon at the beginning of this exciting journey. Through our CTO-as-a-Service model, we worked closely with Evyon to ensure that the software solution perfectly aligned with business needs and hardware requirements. The collaboration included strategic guidance on programming technologies, creating a comprehensive software project roadmap, and assembling a team of talented software developers.

StoreFeeder's solution is designed for e-commerce businesses, enabling them to sell more and work smarter. The software seamlessly integrates e-commerce websites, couriers, and leading accounting platforms, providing a centralised hub to effortlessly manage all aspects of the business.

Since 2015, Happy Team has been a key contributor to StoreFeeder's software lineup. From a warehouse and order management solution to a shipping management system and a cutting-edge backend service for printing shipping labels, we have partnered together to create one of the most powerful multichannel software platforms in the UK and Europe.

PayD, a Polish startup specialising in secure customer data sharing, created encrypted storage for digital receipts. Their Fast Forward Data Privacy Protocol (DPP) retrieves historical customer data, offering transaction histories pre-e-receipts for individuals and retailers. PayD's tech allows retailers to implement e-receipts for offline transactions and payment card-based loyalty programs.

The main objective of the project was to develop user-friendly Android and iOS apps for storing digital receipts and improving return processes.

Happy Team partnered to define project scopes, adapt applications to formal requirements, and conduct stakeholder workshops for UX/UI designs. Then, we developed two iOS and Android apps: a Personal Finance Management app, a QR code scanner, and a retailer-specific app for tracking digital receipt data usage. The solution included various login methods, client consent management, detailed digital receipt displays, cloud system integration, Polish Ministry of Finance integration, report generation, and a payment module.

PayD expanded their offer with a white-label mobile application for individual customers and a fully functional app for retailers. This move increased the startup’s attractiveness by providing comprehensive solutions in the emerging field of e-receipts.

In the competitive fintech industry, Business Science Corporation (BSC) merged science and technology to create an innovative banking solution. Their advanced platform allows corporate clients to access banking products and advice from a dedicated bank consultant. It also integrates with external accounting systems. 

Rapid team augmentation became a game-changer during an unforeseen project challenge. 

Happy Team's senior developer, in a four-month assignment, joined the project team, and together, they achieved the planned project's goals.
